Israel, Traveling

Acre

Acre is a UNESCO Heritage Site, with a multi-layered experience from the days of the Crusades through contemporary Israel, where we toured, the newly renovated Crusaders’ City, the Jezzar Pasha Mosque, one of the most important mosques to Israel’s Muslim citizens and a famous British Prison used in pre-state days for Jewish and Arab prisoners and the site of the famous prison break re-enacted in the movie Exodus. We also went through a great outdoor market and got to see the Sea.
